I am particularly concerned with this, as at approximately 4:20, Tommy Chong says the words "available by prescription only."

That's NOT what "legalize" means in my opinion. I want to see cannabis/hemp re-legalized for ALL farmers and ALL responsible adults and ALL medical users...no unneccessary or complication-causing conditions to muddy the fact that cannabis/hemp is a safe, natural, effective and useful plant that needs to be brought back into FULL use in ALL areas possible.
